The approach is applied to five key ports along the MSR, namely Shanghai, Guangzhou, Tianjin, Qingdao, and Dalian. The results provide useful insights for port authorities, shipping companies, and policy makers to enhance port safety, improve operational efficiency, and optimize route planning.
