For example, the use of torture, the killing of civilians, and the destruction of cultural heritage sites may be justified if they are seen as necessary to defeat the enemy. However, such actions can have long-lasting negative consequences, not only for the victims but also for the moral fabric of society. Therefore, propaganda should not be used to justify immoral actions during times of war.
