Microsoft Excel, including the basic filter, custom filter, conditional formatting, as well as
pivot tables. These tools allow for efficient data manipulation and analysis. Understanding their application is crucial for informed decision-making.

Let’s assume that you work for a small business and have been asked to perform the
following tasks to aid in various decisions:

Show all information for only customers who live in the North region. This task utilizes the basic filter functionality within Excel. It demonstrates how to isolate specific data based on a single criterion.
