Need help in preparing an assignment for Research for Business Decision Making
Assessment 1 Part B
In this part, you submit a paper that summarises recent research findings for practitioners (1,800 words)
i. 400 word introduction that explains why the research is important for business
ii. 350 summary for each of the 4 research articles you submitted in part 1a (unless you have received course coordinator approval to do otherwise) (1,400 words total)
iii. On each page, insert a footer that includes your student ID, Name, and page number. On the first page top right hand corner include the word count of the document.

Your paper needs to be written for a practitioner audience. Assume this practitioner is not familiar with the research, which means you need to use plain language and explain concepts. A template for this paper has been provided below.
The research essay must be your original work. Appropriate attribution of ideas to relevant sources (e.g. through citations, paraphrasing) is a key skill you need to demonstrate in your essay. Any reproduction of other research essays or inappropriate use of other sources (e.g. copying and pasting from another literature review) is a serious breach of academic integrity.
I have figured out 2 journals that are

Need help in just helping me find 2 other journals for the to[pic – The effect of workplace learning on organizational or employee outcomes.
The main help required is finding out the other 2 journals which are A* OR A according to the ABDC list. And summarising those 2 articles only….rest I will do on my own.

Journal of Applied Psychology – A* on the ABDC list
This journal publishes empirical research on a range of topics related to applied psychology, including human resource management and organizational behavior. A recent article that you could consider summarizing is:

Blume, B. D., Ford, J. K., Baldwin, T. T., & Huang, J. L. (2010). Transfer of training: A meta-analytic review. Journal of Applied Psychology, 95(4), 757–778. https://doi.org/10.1037/a001 training.

This article is a meta-analysis that examines the transfer of training, or the degree to which employees apply what they learned in training to their job performance. The authors found that the transfer of training was higher when training programs included a variety of instructional methods and when there was support for the transfer of training at the organizational level.

Journal of Management – A on the ABDC list
This journal publishes research on a wide range of topics related to management and organizational behavior, including learning and development. A recent article that you could consider summarizing is:

Shin, Y., & Kim, T. (2017). Learning agility, work engagement, and job performance: The mediating role of social exchange quality. Journal of Management, 43(6), 1754–1778. https://doi.org/10.1177/0149206315575553

This article examines the relationship between learning agility, work engagement, and job performance. The authors found that learning agility was positively related to work engagement, which in turn was positively related to job performance. The authors also found that the quality of social exchange between employees and their supervisors mediated this relationship.
