Dear Stakeholders,

I am pleased to present to you the results and recommendations of our evaluation of the program’s goals and objectives. Our evaluation process included the collection of quantitative and qualitative data through surveys, interviews, and observations. The purpose of this evaluation was to guide stakeholders through the process, extend understanding of our conclusions, and provoke questions and ideas that pave the way for future evaluation and change.

In general, evaluation questions fall into five groups: implementation, effectiveness, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and attribution. Our evaluation addressed each of these areas and we have summarized the findings below.

Implementation: The evaluation was conducted according to the proposed timeline and methodology. The evaluation team followed the plan and was able to complete all data collection on time.

Effectiveness: Our evaluation found that the program has been effective in achieving its goals and objectives. The data collected through surveys, interviews, and observations showed that the program has positively impacted the target population.

Efficiency: The program has used resources effectively. The data shows that the program has utilized time, human, and financial resources efficiently.

Cost-Effectiveness: The evaluation has shown that the value or benefit of evaluating the program to target improvement exceeds the cost of maintaining the status quo. The program has been successful in achieving its goals and objectives and has positively impacted the target population.

Attribution: Our evaluation has shown progress on goals and objectives identified in the evaluation are related to program improvements. We were able to isolate the effects of the program from other factors that may have influenced the outcomes.

We understand that the results and recommendations may provoke a variety of reactions from stakeholders. As such, we have contingency planning in place to address these outcomes.

In conclusion, we are confident that our evaluation has provided valuable insights into the program’s effectiveness and efficiency. We believe that the recommendations we have provided will help guide the program towards continued success.
