The purpose of this assessment is to determine the reporting requirements for a building orcivi construction project. Building permits and approvals: Obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities, including planning permission, building permits, and environmental clearances.
Safety documentation: Developing and maintaining a site-specific safety plan, including risk assessments, method statements, and emergency response procedures. Regular safety inspections and audits must be conducted, and any incidents or accidents must be reported to the relevant authorities.
