Self-reflection, also called introspection, is a means to observe and analyze oneself in order to grow as a person. Recent years have witnessed a surge of interest in this educational strategy, with scholars recognizing it as a fundamental aspect of professional nursing practice (Smith et al., 2018). Through introspection, nurses can gain a deeper understanding of their current selves and envision the professionals they aspire to become. This reflection serves as a roadmap for their journey towards excellence in nursing practice.

During the course of this assignment, I conducted a thorough windshield survey and researched data pertaining to the local county in which I reside. This experience offered valuable insights into the health status and needs of the community, laying the foundation for effective community health interventions.
