1.If graphs are what we read, can we be easily misled? Here is a thought: A company that sells home alarm systems prints an article and graph in the paper. They find through research that there was 1 murder in your neighborhood in 2002 and 2 murders in 2003. They create a graph that shows a 100% increase in murders. Does this graph give true information? Is it misleading?2. We have seen that a sample of observations may lead us to incorrect conclusions; why do we then take a sample rather than a census of the whole population?There are several reasons, please list as many as you can think of.NO COPY AND PASTE FROM INTERNET!!
