Two crates connected by a rope lie on a horizontal surface
Two crates connected by a rope lie on a horizontal surface. Crate A has mass 75 kilograms and B has mass 25kilograms. The coefficient of friction between each crate and the surface is 0.25. The crates are pulled to the right at a constant acceleration 3m⁄s^2 by a horizontal force F. Calculate (a) the magnitude of the force F and (b) the tension in the rope connecting the blocks. Include the free body diagram or diagrams you used.My question is, if it were constant velocity it would be 0 accelerationin this question is says acceleration is 3/ms^2, do I plug that in to the equation when solving?
